Q.  How do you think the work environment should be?

A. The environment should be the one which one is passionate and dedicated toward the work. It is a job that demands a high level of concentration and in spite of this, the environment is friendly and there is a sense of togetherness – caring for the patients and loving the workplace.

Q. Will your passion for subside or will it remain the same?

A. Pharmacy is a job that is directly related to patients. If there is a constant thought of your family being in a patient’s place, the motivation and passion to serve the society will always be high.

Q. Where do you see yourself in five years from now?

A. I would like to enhance my expertise and grow my capacity to coordinate and manage various operations. I would like my passion and knowledge to be passed onto others and grow the next generation’s interest in this noble field.

Q. How many hours a day you used to work?

A. An average of seven to nine hours a day.

Q. Is there an area in which you would want to improve?

A. A person learns from experience and also improves as time goes by. There are certain areas where I’d want to improve myself and I have been working on them.
